Return & Refund Policy

At Yeshua Culture Apparel, we take pride in the quality of every piece we offer and want your order to arrive exactly as intended. Because our garments are produced in limited quantities and/or made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your garment arrives damaged, defective, ripped, or stained in a way that is not an intentional part of the garment's design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please email yeshuacultureapparel@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear video showing the damaged or defective area

  • At least two clear, high-quality photographs showing the damage

The submitted photos and video must clearly show the condition of the garment so that we can properly review your claim. Claims submitted without sufficient visual documentation may not be approved.

Approved Claims

If your damage claim is approved, you will have the option to choose between:

  1. A full refund issued to your original form of payment; or

  2. A replacement of the same item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If the original item is unavailable, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

You do not need to ship a damaged or defective garment back to Yeshua Culture Apparel unless we specifically request otherwise.

We do not accept unsolicited returns, and customers should not mail products to Yeshua Culture Apparel without prior written authorization.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for sizing, color, or preference. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.
