How do I choose the right size?

Are all YCA garments oversized?
No. While oversized and relaxed silhouettes are a signature part of many YCA pieces, fit varies depending on the garment. Always check the product description and size guide for the specific piece you're considering.

Where can I find garment measurements?
A dedicated size guide is included in the product images on each product page. It provides garment measurements along with guidance on how different sizing choices affect the overall fit.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Most orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 business days after it's been fulfilled, although delivery may take 10–14 business days during holidays, sales, collection releases, or other periods of high demand.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability is determined at checkout based on your destination. Enter your shipping address during checkout to see whether delivery is currently available to your location and view the applicable shipping options.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our pieces are made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase is submitted. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been dispatched.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & PRODUCT CARE

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Because YCA pieces are produced through a print-on-demand, made-to-order system, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, fit preference, color selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review the product-specific size guide before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn and unwashed, and you'll need to provide at least one clear photo and one clear video showing the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a refund or a free replacement, and you will not be required to ship the damaged garment back to us.

Will colors, washes, and finishes look exactly like the photos?
We work to represent every piece as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, lighting, production methods, and garment-washing processes may cause slight variations in color or finish. Certain washed garments may naturally vary slightly from piece to piece, making each garment subtly unique.

How should I care for my YCA pieces?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. If ironing is necessary, use low heat and avoid printed areas. Do not bleach or dry clean. Following these instructions will help preserve the garment and its artwork.

Certain YCA pieces or collections may only be available for a limited period or in limited quantities. Once a limited release is no longer available, a restock is not guaranteed.
