How do Yeshua Culture Apparel pieces fit?
Fit varies by garment. Many YCA pieces feature relaxed, drop-shoulder, or oversized silhouettes, while others offer a more standard fit. Each product page includes specific fit information to help you know what to expect before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?
Refer to the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order. We include garment measurements and fit recommendations to help you choose between a more fitted, true-to-size, or oversized look.

Are all YCA garments oversized?
No. While oversized and relaxed silhouettes are a signature part of many YCA pieces, fit varies depending on the garment. Always check the product description and size guide for the specific piece you're considering.

Where can I find garment measurements?
A dedicated size guide is included in the product images on each product page. It provides garment measurements along with guidance on how different sizing choices affect the overall fit.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Because most YCA pieces are made to order through our print-on-demand production system, please allow time for your garment to be produced before shipment. Most orders are processed between 3–7 days, and are delivered within approximately 10–14 business days from the date of purchase, although production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, carrier, and order volume. During holidays, sales, collection releases, or other periods of high demand, additional time may be required.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Yeshua Culture Apparel currently ships within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our pieces are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase is submitted. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@yeshuacultureapparel.com with your name and order number. After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, orders are considered final. If production or fulfillment has already begun before we are able to process your request, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been dispatched.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & PRODUCT CARE

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Because YCA pieces are produced through a print-on-demand, made-to-order system, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, fit preference, color selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review the product-specific size guide before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, the garment must be unworn and unwashed. You'll need to provide at least one clear photo and one clear video showing the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a refund or free replacement, and you will not be required to ship the original garment back to us unless specifically requested. Will colors, washes, and finishes look exactly like the photos?
We work to represent every piece as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, lighting, production methods, and garment-washing processes may cause slight variations in color or finish. Certain washed garments may naturally vary slightly from piece to piece, making each garment subtly unique.

How should I care for my YCA pieces?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. If ironing is necessary, use low heat and avoid printed areas. Do not bleach or dry clean. Following these instructions will help preserve the garment and its artwork.

Certain YCA pieces or collections may only be available for a limited period or in limited quantities. Once a limited release is no longer available, a restock is not guaranteed.
