Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. To ensure a smooth return process, customers are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. **Eligibility for Returns**: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. All tags and packaging should be intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to rejection.
2. **Damaged Items**: In the event that an item is received damaged, customers must provide a high-quality video or photographs of the damage. This documentation is essential for processing the return. Please send the visual evidence to yeshuacultureapparel@gmail.com. Without this information, the return request may not be processed.
3. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team via the provided email address. Upon approval, further instructions will be provided regarding the return shipping process. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
4. **Refunds**: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5. **Exchanges**: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the above guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.
